The Tower and the Red Dragonfly. 2000 This sculpture of a red dragonfly sits atop a 14-meter-tall pillar and flutters in the breeze against the background of blue sky. Perhaps the red dragonfly seen through the trees represents the spiritual home for the people who have lived in this snow country satoyama.
