Life of Imitation. 2009 Based on "Imitation of Life" (Douglas Sirk, 1959), it features three actors from the three main ethnic groups in Singapore (Chinese, Malay, Indian) taking turns to play a black mother and her 'white' daughter in a scene where the latter vehemently denies her roots.
