Less Time Than Space "Less Time Than Space", presented in a first version at the Centro de Arte Contemporáneo de Quito at the end of 2009, brings together artists from Latin America and Germany. During 2010 and 2011, the exhibition will travel to several cities in Latin America, including new artists, and culminating its tour in Europe. The artists and intellectuals participating in "Less Time Than Space" have ranged across South America in all directions. They have visited quite small towns in the hinterland and burgeoning mega-cities bursting at the seams. Places that cling to the past and modern metropolises that have eliminated the last remnants of history. They have used contemporary means to investigate Latin America’s 200 years of independence.
