I created a shop, a jewelry shop, however my jewels were small labaneh balls (labaneh is almost like goat cheese) dipped in olive oil jars. Women make labaneh, cheese, yogurt and other dairy products during the season from goat milk (february to june) and this is a main source of income in Shatana.
