Here and There

Language is a communication link between people. It promotes exchange of culture and feelings – socially, religiously, politically, emotionally etc. However, language doesn’t always succeed in accurately expressing what is cherished in our minds or hearts, thus representing an obstacle in such situations. A single word may change the state of things altogether.

Water serves as a symbol for "invisible" barriers. However hard we try to pronounce the letter, we fail to do so!!! So, we substitute the word for a sign. In many situations and whatever we may do to express ourselves, the tongue is unable to articulate any letter, thus, we resort to hand gestures or head and shoulder movements.

My word is here, close to me and sometimes, it’s there, far away…unable to feel or express my innermost thoughts and feelings.
