Vis-à-vis. 2010
Mirror, wood
Two parts 150 x 100 x 2.6 cm each Installed in a symmetrical manner, the two mirrors face each other, with one facing forward and the other, turned to reveal its back side. The work literally reflects the environment of the exhibition site and can be seen both as a ‘reflection’ of the exhibition space and an instigation of our consciousness of our position in the world.
